CMD Building Contractor Ltd is a building contractor registered in England & Wales (company number 14137879), based in Exmouth, Devon. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.

When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, project location or postcode and the details you choose to tell us about your project. If you contact us by phone or email we keep a record of that correspondence.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and manage any work we go on to carry out for you. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

We may share limited details with subcontractors, suppliers or professional advisers where it is necessary to price or deliver your project, and with our accountants or legal advisers where we are required to. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months. Records relating to completed contracts are kept for six years to meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
