CONDITIONS

Quotations are based on the information, drawings and site conditions known at the time and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work is only agreed once a written quotation has been accepted.

Changes to the agreed scope, unforeseen ground conditions or additional works instructed on site will be priced and confirmed as a variation before they are carried out wherever practical.

Programme dates are our best estimate and depend on access, preceding trades, material lead times and weather. We will keep you informed of any change as soon as we are aware of it.

Payment terms are set out in the quotation. Larger packages are normally invoiced in agreed stages or monthly valuations. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

We hold public liability and employers' liability insurance and work to current health and safety legislation. Evidence of insurance and accreditation is available on request for prequalification.
