Traditional Cavity-Built Garage — Complete Construction Package

CMD Building Contractor Ltd delivered the complete construction package for a 56m² traditional cavity-built garage in Exmouth, Devon. The six-week project included site setting-out, excavation and construction of the foundations, below-ground drainage, substructure and oversite works, reinforcement and placement of the concrete floor, cavity-wall superstructure and installation of the structural steelwork supporting the roof. CMD also completed the associated external finishing works before handing the completed project over to the client.
