Residential Granny Annexe — Complete Construction Package

CMD Building Contractor Ltd delivered the complete construction package for a detached granny annexe in Exmouth, Devon. The six-week project included the foundations and substructure, below-ground drainage, oversite construction, external and internal masonry, structural openings and the complete roof structure. CMD managed and completed the works from the initial groundworks through to the building becoming structurally complete.
