Housing Development — Substructure and Retaining-Wall Works

CMD Building Contractor Ltd delivered labour-only substructure works across multiple residential developments in Dawlish, Devon. Over approximately six months, CMD completed foundation and substructure masonry for multiple housing plots, together with associated retaining-wall construction. CMD's contracted substructure packages were completed ready for the following stages of development.
