New-Build Housing Development — Six-Plot Masonry Package

CMD Building Contractor Ltd delivered a labour-only masonry package for six traditional two-storey residential plots in Cannington, Somerset. Completed over approximately 16 weeks, the works included external face brickwork, internal blockwork, cavity-wall construction, installation of cavity formers around window and door openings, and blown-cavity insulation. CMD successfully completed its contracted superstructure package across all six plots.
